Patients are placed under general anesthesia and are unconscious during the entire process. Once the fat cells are placed in a centrifuge and purified, they are injected into each treatment area layer by layer. Once the tissue is gently massaged, the anesthesia wears off, and you are approved for discharge, you may return home for recovery.
